These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Barqpost website, products, and services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination
